Ohio wetland water quality standards and Isolated Wetland Permit ruels allow and Category 1 wetland impact scored by the ORAM 5.0 to be mitigated at any mitigation bank located within the boundaries of the District office of the Army Corps of Engineers.

The lowest-priced mitigation credits in the Buffalo Corps District are available from the Three Eagles Mitigation Bank.  The lowest-priced mitigation credits in the Huntington Corps District are available from the Sate Run Mitigation Bank.

Most Ohio Wetland Foundation mitigation banks are located in the watershed (or the watershed adjacent to) where the majority of development is occurring.
